Stay away from Mr Cleathis, never follows you up after an op, three months before he sees you after an procedure, then by telephone only

I was referred to Mr Hisham Osman after I discovered a lump in my breast. The appointment was speedy and efficient, which meant that I wasn't left for ages worrying. This was rapidly followed by a mammogram and ultra sound, which proved that there was nothing sinister. Very many thanks to all concerned.

My mother was admitted to a and e resus last week. We knew that this moment was coming but it is always a shock when it arrives. There was a Dr called George who took the time to talk to me and also find a phone that I could talk to my mum. I will be forever thankful for his compassion and advice. Thank you

Thank you to all who looked after my mother in her final few days. The nurses looked after my brother beautifully and she was so grateful for all your kindness shown.

Very attentive care.
Good information available when requested.
Friendly and helpful.
Good response by some as to required medications supplied and providing additional painkillers when needed.
Would be better if jobs were not carried out noisily just outside wards late at night.

This is not an advisory comment, as I can not find any advisories that could improve the care personalisation and dignity that my father recieved at Frimley park hospital. From the moment he was taken into the A&E department to the time that he spent on G2a. Being told that my father was now at end of life care came as a huge shock to my self and two brothers, let alone having to inform my father whom had capability to recieve the information. This was done with the utmost care and respect for a stastoic 89 year old gentleman.
The follow on care has been amazing and we are all now on a another journey that ,will end with not we hoped for but the best for my beloved DAD. We thank you all at Frimley Park !!!!! and with a special mention to the NURSING TEAM AND DOCTORS on G2a

parking the car can be a nightmare but I have no complaint at all about the hospital
some other hospitals I have attended are not in the same league

I would highly recommend Frimley day surgery and outpatients. Compared to other hospitals I have been to recently, it felt more warm and inviting. Information was shared accurately, appointments were offered quickly and admin was accurate. Staff were professional, kind and caring. I was pleased with the service and support I received.

I have been very well treated and attended to in a timely fashion. We are so lucky to have such a great hospital.
